These terms and conditions govern the use of Klfqqleek S.A.'s real estate crowdlending platform. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
1. Definitions
Platform: The website klfqqleek.com and all its associated services. User: Any person who accesses or uses the platform. Investor: Registered user who participates in investment opportunities. Project: Real estate investment opportunity presented on the platform. Developer: Person or entity that presents projects for funding.
2. Eligibility
To use our investment services you must be over 18 years old, be a legal resident of Ecuador or an authorized country, complete the identity verification process (KYC), provide truthful and up-to-date information, and have legal capacity to make investments.
3. Investment Risks
Investments in real estate crowdlending carry significant risks. Invested capital may be lost in whole or in part. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. Real estate projects may suffer delays or cancellations. Market conditions may affect the value of investments. We recommend diversifying your investments and not investing more than you can afford to lose.
4. Investment Process
Each project has an established minimum investment amount. Investments are processed once the funding goal is reached. Returns are distributed according to the schedule specified in each project. Klfqqleek acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee returns.
5. Fees and Costs
Klfqqleek charges fees for its intermediation services. Applicable fees are clearly detailed in each project before confirming your investment. There are no hidden costs.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Investments may be cancelled before the funding period closes. Once funding is closed, funds are non-refundable. Specific conditions of each project may vary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Klfqqleek S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Ecuadorian and international intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Klfqqleek will not be liable for investment losses due to market conditions or developer default, indirect, special, or consequential damages, service interruptions due to causes beyond our control, or third-party actions.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Quito.
10. Modifications
Klfqqleek reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
